Admissions Welcome
A Message from Our Director of Enrollment
Welcome to our admissions process. Since 1999, Seven Arrows has been dedicated to igniting each child’s innate passion for learning and cultivating both academic excellence and character development. I am excited to introduce you to our small-by-design school where every child is truly known, nurtured, and celebrated for what makes them unique.
Our highly intentional curriculum is rooted in the latest brain research and designed to ensure that children remain deeply engaged while retaining their love of learning during their years at Seven Arrows and well beyond. With low teacher-to-student ratios and a highly differentiated approach, we are able to meet each child exactly where they are, encouraging them to grow with confidence and joy.
Our graduates matriculate to top middle schools across Los Angeles and emerge as self-confident, well-prepared leaders who make a difference in their schools and in their broader communities.
This year, we are thrilled to welcome families to our brand-new Clover Campus in Santa Monica. We have curated a series of in-person admissions events to help you experience the vibrancy of our programs, the warmth of our community, and the beauty of our new home. We hope you will join us.
I look forward to partnering with your family throughout the admissions process, and to sharing the unique spirit of Seven Arrows.
Warmly,
Victoria Lerner
Director of Enrollment and Communications
Admissions Process
Step 1
SUBMIT AN INQUIRY
All prospective families begin by submitting an Inquiry Form. Completing the Inquiry Form provides access to our Admissions Portal, where you can sign up for upcoming admissions events and submit your application. Inside the portal, you’ll also find a personalized checklist with due dates to help guide you through every stage of the process.
Step 2
SCHEDULE A CAMPUS TOUR AND EXPLORE OTHER EVENTS
We have curated a variety of opportunities for you to experience Seven Arrows. The Campus Tour is the only required event, but we encourage you to join us for additional events to get to know our community and programs. Tours can be scheduled directly through the Admissions Portal.
Step 3
COMPLETE AND SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
All components of the application are available in the Admissions Portal. To be considered complete, your application must include:
– General Information
– Student Questionnaire
– Parent Questionnaire
– Recommendations
– Transcripts (for Grades 1–6 applicants)
– Completed Campus Tour
– Application Fee
Step 4
SCHEDULE YOUR PARENT CONVERSATION
After submitting your application, you will be invited to schedule a Parent Conversation within the Application Portal. This is a required part of the process, and allows us to get to know your family in a more personal and meaningful way.
Step 5
SCHEDULE YOUR PLAYDATE OR CLASSROOM VISIT
Once you submit your application, Kindergarten applicants will be invited to schedule a playdate in January or February. Families applying to Grades 1–6 will also have the opportunity to schedule a Classroom Visit for their child. This step is also required for all applicants.
