Director of Curriculum and Instruction
Seven Arrows Elementary seeks an outstanding educational leader to serve as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction beginning in the 2019-2020 school year. The Director of Curriculum and Instruction reports to the Head of School, serves as a key member of the school’s leadership team, partners with the Director of Innovation and Learning to develop and deliver professional development, and works closely with faculty, students, and parents.
The Director of Curriculum and Instruction is responsible for co-developing and co-evaluating the school’s K-6 curriculum and instruction, ensuring differentiation, engagement, authentic assessment, and innovation within programs. In addition, the Director helps hire, mentor and retain faculty, working with teachers in support of achieving their professional growth, while supporting a culture of teaching excellence focused on successful student outcomes.
